Our health stories are real. We all slip up. Many times. The trick is to come back stronger and focus sooner. I was in the US for two weeks and I downed a lot of unhealthy food but I burnt all calories by walking practically everyday for at least 8 hours on an average. That’s how you keep it balanced.
