Healthy New Year, is it?

January 2, 2017

I am planning to eat healthy this year. And I started giving up on the second day itself. And then I saw THIS in a colleague’s lunch box.

hI am motivated again now!! You just don’t know where and when motivation will find you. Don’t give up. Let’s be healthy all year long!

Unhealthy Me :(

December 18, 2016

I came back from a vacation a week ago. I was in Delhi and I cheated like it was going out of fashion. I hogged, hogged and hogged some more. But now that I am back, I shall hit the gym soon and get back to healthy eating.

Once in a while, especially when you are traveling, we all are allowed to indulge!! As long as we get back to a healthy lifestyle 😉unnamed                            (I can NOT resist Delhi’s roadside plates of Chole Bhature ever)

November 29, 2016

We all know what a perfectionist Aamir Khan is, but this healthy video takes his commitment and dedication and perfection to a different level altogether. Unlike other superstars who have played men with a paunch in their movies, Aamir Khan shows how it’s done and how really it should be done. Watch his transformation from a thin to a fat and back to his fit self here….and get inspired.

Oats Daliya

November 27, 2016

Oats Daliya is simple to make, is delicious and SO SO healthy.

Ingredients- vegetables of your choice (Carrot/Cucumber/Corn/Paneer/Tofu/Broccoli), Water, Oats, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Green Chillies.

Method- Chop all veggies and put them in the pan. Add a cup of water and let it boil and simmer so that all veggies soften. Add salt and red chilli powder to taste. Add half a green chilli or so. Now add a cup of oats and mix it all well. If Oats soak all the water, then add some more water and let it simmer till Oats cook well. Squeeze half a lemon into Oats Daliya and serve!
