Healthy Eating Month 4
It gives me such pleasure to say that I have been eating healthy for last 4 months, ever since 2017 started.
I started with a no sugar diet, which meant bidding goodbye to cookies/cakes/icecreams, even chai and coffee!!
Then I started including more protein in my diet as I started working out. Cut down on my rice and poori and paratha!!
Been having a healthy breakfast of either Daliya/Oats or Quinoa for last two weeks and enjoying every bit of it 🙂
